Change of role - Active Membership Form

  • You are on the page where you can apply for membership of the association as an "Active" member.
  • By filling in the membership form as an "Active" member, your status on the site will give you access to certain features and services that are different and/or additional to your former "role" on the site.
  • To fill in the membership form, you will need to fill in your name, surname, address and possibly phone number. To understand the meaning of the text, after filling in the necessary fields, follow the thread by reading the blue text.
  • If you have any questions about the purpose of the association, its rules of procedure, the functioning of the association and of the site, its future evolution, its future events, contact the association at this address contact@music-park.fr.
  • After registering, you will receive your membership form in the form of a .pdf file with the information you have given, via the e-mail address indicated in your user profile.
  • You will receive your membership card in .pdf format, which you can print out (this is not obligatory), within a few days.
