To propose your music in the project of the association Music Park, it is first necessary that you give us the authorization of diffusion of your works.
So that the association can diffuse your music, we must conclude together an agreement, otherwise called contract of transfer, that is to say a contract between the association Music Park and you or the group of music which you represent. This contract authorizes the association to use your works to diffuse them through the site music-park.org or any other site member of the association Music Park, in all the public places to which the association gave authorization of diffusion as well as by all means envisaged or decided later within the framework of the activities of the association.
You must provide a certain number of information so that the authorization, which you give for the diffusion of your works, is effective.
A contract of assignment will be necessary each time you publish new works. But don't worry, after you have filled in this form once, the next form will be pre-filled with the data you entered in the first form, except for some information such as the title of the works for example.

This contract has no obligation in time. You can break the contract at any time at your convenience, stop joining the association at any time and remove your work from the site at any time and ask for the withdrawal of authorized distributions to members of the association, this contract does not compromise any possibility of distribution for the artist or production opportunity within a label or other. You can close the account whenever you want. However, we advise you to contact us if you want all your artistic and personal data to be deleted from the site without being forgotten.
If you sign a contract with a label, a producer, a publisher, etc., you may have to make a choice if you continue to publish and distribute your works under free distribution licenses or if you entrust the management of your works to private copyright management companies. If you assign your works to a copyright management company, you will have to remove your works from the site, so that the association will not have to pay royalties. Your new situation within the association will in no way cause your exclusion as a member, but for legal reasons you will no longer be able to benefit from the association's distribution network.
However, for practical reasons, any break of the contract of transfer will be completely effective that 2 months after the end of the contract in order to allow the update of the site music-park.org and any other site member of the association Music Park, as well as to communicate to the concerned members on the works withdrawn from the repertory of the artists that diffuse the association Music Park, so that the members cease the diffusion of your works. If you had not done it, the association will try to depublish as soon as possible your works of the site and any other site related to the association, the two months of deadline envisaged being only one interval of maximum time to be able to proceed to the withdrawals.
For this contract, in a way it is "simply" a necessity before the law. And in another way, it is not only a question of envisaging differently the diffusion of its music but also of taking a "philosophical and political" position. Which choice does the artist make for the merchandising of his works between access to the public and sharing of the works of the spirit and social velléité? And which system he chooses to answer these questions? And it is also to participate in the large movement of sharing which does not cease growing and which includes particularly for example the promoters of the free software.
